What we install
Six floors, one crew, no subcontractors
- 01
Vinyl Plank (LVP)
Waterproof, dent-tolerant, and the right call for kitchens, basements and entryways that take road salt from November to April. Installed floating or glue-down depending on what the slab underneath actually needs.

Laminate
A hard-wearing top layer over a dense core, laid tight with the right expansion gap so the floor can move with a Minnesota humidity swing instead of buckling at the wall.

Hardwood
Solid and engineered hardwood, racked for grain and color before a nail goes in. We acclimate the material in your house first, because wood delivered in January is not the same wood a week later.

Carpet
Bedrooms, basements, stairs and rentals. Pad matched to traffic, seams placed away from sightlines, and old carpet hauled out the same day the new one goes down.

Stairs & Cap-A-Tread
Stairs are the part most installers rush. We cap treads to match the floor they land on, so the transition from hallway to staircase reads as one continuous surface.

Subfloor Preparation
Levelling, patching, squaring and moisture checks before anything decorative happens. Nearly every failed floor we get called out to inspect failed here first.

Flooring looks different on a screen than it does in your hallway. Pick it out at the shop, and we handle the ordering, the delivery and the install date from there.
Handle the samples first
Come by the Andover shop and see plank, laminate, hardwood and carpet under real light before you commit to a room full of it.
Free local delivery
Materials delivered to Twin Cities addresses at no extra cost, scheduled around your install date so nothing sits in a garage soaking up damp air.
